Receptivity Breathwork Ceremony

Receptivity Breathwork is a nervous-system-centered practice designed to help you meet yourself at your edges, move what’s ready to move and expand your capacity to hold more of what you say you desire without overriding, abandoning or bypassing your body in the process.
For nearly five years, these ceremonies have been held within the sacred container of Receptivity Portal. Now, twice each month, we’re opening the doors and inviting you to experience this work with us.
Hi I'm Keri Nola, former psychotherapist and Matriarch of Receptivity Portal. For many years, my work has lived at the intersection of psychology, embodiment and devotion — supporting those who give deeply as they unwind the patterns that made receiving feel unsafe. Through this work, I’ve learned that true transformation does not happen through effort or insight alone, but through nervous systems that feel held enough to soften.
So today I invite you to join us for this sacred practice...
WHAT BREATHWORK CAN MAKE POSSIBLE
Through intentional, conscious breathing, we move beyond the thinking mind and create space to access what may be harder to reach through thought alone.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Each 60-minute live ceremony is facilitated by one of our two experienced, trained and embodied Receptivity Breathwork practitioners and includes:
Intention + Grounding
We begin by arriving in the body, opening the space and connecting with an intention for your practice.
45-Minute Guided Breathwork Journey
You’ll be guided to breathe to a thoughtfully curated musical journey that moves from a more activating, expressive experience into a gentler period of rest, integration and connection.
Integration
A brief time to allow what has moved, emerged or revealed itself to settle into the body before returning to your day.
There is no “right” experience to have here.
Some ceremonies may move emotion. Some bring profound insight. Some feel expansive, peaceful or deeply restorative. Your invitation is simply to show up willing to meet yourself and let your body lead.
